- Customer Consent: You have obtained the customer’s clear consent for their personal information (full name and email address) to be securely shared with SlothMove Ltd for the purpose of providing our address update and related home move services.
- Transparency of Referral Compensation: You have informed the customer that you (the referring agent/organisation) will receive a referral payment of £6 per completed customer from SlothMove Ltd.
- Accuracy of Customer Information: You confirm that all customer details provided are accurate, provided with consent, and submitted in good faith for legitimate business purposes.
- Information Sharing for Payment Tracking: You understand and agree that SlothMove Ltd may share limited performance data (e.g. confirmation of customer completion and payment status) with you for the purpose of calculating referral payments. No additional customer data will be shared beyond what is required for this purpose.
- Data Protection: Both parties agree to comply with all applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Customer information will be used solely for the intended service delivery and partnership management.
- Independence & Liability: You acknowledge that you act as an independent referrer and not as an agent, employee, or representative of SlothMove Ltd. SlothMove Ltd accepts no liability for any statements, promises, or representations made to customers by the referring party outside of this agreement.
