How do I cancel my Virgin Active Gym membership?

  • 2) Call Virgin Head Office on 0207 717 9000
  • 3) Change your membership type in the Virgin Active online portal

You can freeze your Virgin Active membership for up to two months. Virgin Active have also enabled you to freeze your membership throughout the entire lockdown. 

How to freeze Virgin Gym

You are able to freeze your Virgin Active Gym membership for up to 2 months for any reason. In order to freeze your membership for longer s you must meet one of the following criteria:

  • 1) You are ill or injured
  • 2) You have been made redundant
  • 3) Your work has relocated and you are now more than 5 miles away from Virgin
