Barclays

You can change your contact details instantly using the Barclays app, Online Banking and Telephone Banking.

You can also visit a branch or write to us to change your details.

It’s easy to update your address, telephone number and email within the Barclaycard app.

Simply tap for the main menu, followed by ‘your details’.

There are two ways to update your address with Nationwide. You can visit a branch or fill in a change of address form and post it to Nationwide.

Starling

You can quickly update your address using the app by following these instructions:

iOS: Tap the Account Switcher button in the top left of the screen and go to User Settings > Personal Details, then just tap the item you need to update.

Android: Go to Menu > Account Management > Personal Details, and just tap the item you need to update.
