How does the Nando's loyalty card work?

Firstly, unlike most traditional loyalty cards where you get a point per £1 spent, Nando’s gives you one chilli every time you visit them and spend £7. And chillies = rewards. According to Nando’s they currently break down as follows:
Green Reward (3 Chilli points): A ¼ chicken, or any Fire-Starter (excluding All Together Now and Wing Roulette)
Orange Reward (6 Chilli points): A ½ chicken or any single wrap, burger or pitta (excluding steak and Chicken Butterfly products and Sunset Burger)
Red Reward (10 Chilli points): A whole chicken, or any single combination meal with regular sides.

Important to remember: Your Nando’s rewards last 12 months, after which they will expire.
The great news though is that while 10 Chillies is the highest reward it doesn’t stop there you can actually continue to stack as many Green, Orange and Red rewards as you like 🎉
So, is the Nando’s card any good? Is it worth it?
Definitely. If you eat at Nando’s it’s a must-have. If the average person eats a meal valued around £10-£12 on each visit the loyalty scheme would equate to a 15% saving on average.
How do I change my address with Nando's?
There are a couple of ways to update your address with Nando’s. You can call their customer support team directly on 020 3974 2182, though this may involve some wait time. As of 2021, there are 434 Nando’s restaurants in the UK.
Out of Nando’s 434 restaurants, 76 of them serve Halal only chicken.
You’ll be able to see if your restaurant serves Halal as it is signposted in store and online for that store.
Some of the chicken served outside of these Halal-only stores may also be Halal. This is due to Nando’s distributing the chicken across the restaurants in proportion to the supply and demand.
