Nando’s loyalty card is legendary.
But, do you need to update your address with Nando’s when you move home?
Generally, whenever you change your phone number, payment details or physical address it’s good practice to update companies with which you have a loyalty scheme. By keeping your address up to date you ensure you get all relevant communications to your current residence and minimise the risk of your Nando’s takeaway going to the wrong address – a true Nando’s disaster
You may also be interested to know that updating your address really does help to prevent mail landing into the wrong hands. It may surprise you to know that mail fraud cost over £500 Million to Britains in 2019 alone.
Now we’ve looked at how your Nando’s Card change of address works let’s turn to Show the loyalty card (also known as the Chilli Points System ) actually works 🧐
Firstly, unlike most traditional loyalty cards where you get a point per £1 spent, Nando’s gives you one chilli every time you visit them and spend £7. And chillies = rewards. According to Nando’s they currently break down as follows:
Green Reward (3 Chilli points): A ¼ chicken, or any Fire-Starter (excluding All Together Now and Wing Roulette)
Orange Reward (6 Chilli points): A ½ chicken or any single wrap, burger or pitta (excluding steak and Chicken Butterfly products and Sunset Burger)
Red Reward (10 Chilli points): A whole chicken, or any single combination meal with regular sides.
You can see the below graphic for a handy visual:
Important to remember: Your Nando’s rewards last 12 months, after which they will expire.
The great news though is that while 10 Chillies is the highest reward it doesn’t stop there you can actually continue to stack as many Green, Orange and Red rewards as you like 🎉
So, is the Nando’s card any good? Is it worth it?
Definitely. If you eat at Nando’s it’s a must-have. If the average person eats a meal valued around £10-£12 on each visit the loyalty scheme would equate to a 15% saving on average.
There are a couple of ways to update your address with Nando’s. You can call their customer support team directly on 020 3974 2182, though this may involve some wait time. You can also update your address with Nando’s online with SlothMove in a couple of minutes using our online change of address form. You can also email Nando’s at email@example.com or speak to a colleague within your local Nando’s

Most people wait until after they have moved before they complete an address change on their accounts. It is better to be proactive and let Nando’s and your other providers know within two weeks of your home move. Updating your details will happen automatically, but you must remember that there could be mail communications out. So, to avoid any overlap it is good practice to give plenty of notice.
You can pick-up a Nando’s loyalty Card in store or download the app from the Android or App store. if you collect a card in store you will still need to register your email address at your next convenience.

As of 2021, there are 434 Nando’s restaurants in the UK.
Out of Nando’s 434 restaurants, 76 of them serve Halal only chicken.
