If United Utilities is your water or sewerage provider and you’re moving into, out of or within their area you must complete a United Utilities moving house process.

Both your new and previous water & sewerage providers need to know you’re moving. This is best done a couple of weeks before you move home, but if you’re delayed it can still be processed easily.

Do I Need to Update my Address with United Utilities?

You are an existing customer and will be joining another water company, or you will remain existing customer, you’re just moving within United Utilities’ jurisdiction
