If you only need to update your address with Monzo there are a couple of ways you can complete this. You can change your address with Monzo in the following ways:
Option 1: In your App
To update your address in the Monzo app:
- Tap the Home icon in the menu bar
- Tap your profile picture in the top left of the screen
- Tap the settings cog icon in the top right of the screen
- Tap your name, then scroll down to your address
Option 2: By Post
Start by drafting a letter to Monzo Bank, and include You will need to provide:
- The names of people moving home
- Your previous address
- Branch sort-code & account number
- Your new address
- Your signature
Then, print the form out and post it to Monzo, Monzo Broadwalk House 5 Appold Street London EC2A 2AG
Once you’ve sent that letter out Monzo complete the address change. They will be in touch if they require further information.
