How to freeze Nuffield Health
You are able to freeze your Nuffield Health membership for up to 12 months. In order to freeze your membership with Nuffield Gyms you must meet one of the following criteria:

- 2) You are seriously ill
- 3) You have been made redundant
- 4) Your work has relocated and you are now more than 5 miles away from Nuffield Health
How much is Nuffield Health 2021?
Nuffield Gyms have two types of membership.
Firstly, there is flexible which is a monthly rolling contract.
Then, there is the 12-month fixed which provides better value at an overall cheaper rate.
Each gym may have discounts that are regionalised or even gym exclusive. You may also get a significant discount through your employer (if they have a corporate partnership) or Vitality Health.
