If you’re moving home you will have a long to-do list. And if you’re a member of the Utility Warehouse you’ll need to complete your Utility Warehouse change of address.

If you have any of those services and are moving home you will need to let utility Warehouse (UW) know that you’re moving. Ideally, you should inform them of your address change at least 2-3 weeks before your move-in date. This is especially the case if you’re moving home and have broadband.
Setting-up broadband in your new home can takes 3-4 weeks. This varies by supplier and takes longer as you may need an engineer to come out to your new address, return equipment and assess any line faults.
There are a couple of ways you can update your address with Utility Warehouse. If you’re moving home you may find helpful (and faster) to use our home setup service. You can update your address across all of your accounts and setup your new home in one form.
