How do I cancel Fitness First membership?
Having looked at how to complete your Gym Group change of address, let’s look at how you can cancel your contract.
You can cancel your Fitness First membership in three ways:
- 1) Speak with a member of the team at your gym
- 2) Change your membership type in the Fitness First online portal
You can freeze your Fitness First membership for up to two months. Fitness First have also enabled you to freeze your membership throughout the entire lockdown.
How to freeze Fitness First
You can freeze your Fitness First membership at any time from your second month. You will be able to freeze your membership for up to three months as a maximum.
Freezes will take effect from the 1st of the month. Frozen months won’t count towards your fixed-term contract. So, if you have a 12 month contract and freeze for two months your contract will end at month 14.
If you want to freeze your membership with Fitness First you will need to provide 5 days notice. You can freeze your fitness first membership here.
