Do I Need to Update my Address with Affinity Water?

It’s important to complete the Affinity Water moving home process. When moving you will have two scenarios:

  • You are an exisiting customer and will be joining another water company
  • You will remain existing customer, you’re just moving within Affinity Water’s jurisdiction

In both cases you need to let Affinity Water know you’ve moved house.

Firstly, this will ensure you get an accurate bill. By letting them know when you moved out you will prevent the accrual of additional charges. if you are due a refund you will also be paid that.

Secondly, it will prevent a utilities overlap in which you are paying for both water providers at the same time.

And finally, this will help with your data protection security. As a home mover the last thing you want is your mail going to someone else.

If you want to get all of your addresses updated in one place you may wish to use our moving home service.
